Atkins makes exercise mandatory - I took up cycling - see last pics at 203lb.

MY SISTER!!!she never gets fat. and some of my friend. no matter how many food they stuff into their stomach. they will never get fat. which means they eat what they like. and i will be the one watching them eat at a corner haha
but what i heard from professional is that they don't get fat now. no matter how much they eat. but when they grow older. they will get very fat. i don't know if this is true. it's just what they say.
It just keep going down and up, down and up *SLAP* wake up!!!
