Are there any weight loss products that have no side effects?

I have tried so many products for losing weight. But so far I haven’t found any products which give good results without any side effects. Now, I'm looking for products that have no side effects and can help me to control my weight. Can anyone help me?

There is a weight loss product that works wonders for me. It's called Atkins. It has no side effects, it's an excellent appetite suppressant and it definitely helps in weight loss!

If you are asking about magic pills that you swallow before going to bed and that make you slim by morning... I am afraid they are just as real as the Tooth Fairy.

Melilea is some kind of health product which u drink it before meal. quite effective for some while. another one is call xenical. it's a weight loss pill. no side effects(check with pharmacies for safety).release extra fats in your body.

I did a quick google and found these comments about Melilea

i seldom take it coz i experience side effects like giddy spells & vomitting when detoxifying.

Hardly 'No side effects' I would suggest.

Why not try Atkins as written before looking for magic pills - after all if skinny came in a bottle we would hardly need support groups like ADBB nor feel the need to change our way of eating.

you see, some product are suitable only for some people. not all are suitable to take product like melilea. and yeah thanks for the side effect list for xenical.

what i'm thinking is. if you really want to control your weight do some healthy weight control yourself. it's all about you. not the product or any pill.

sadly, no magic pills for us... :-( Good old fashion diet(Atkins) and exercise work wonders though. Those side effects are the ones you can hold onto tight! Increased energy, decreased Blood Pressure, improved mood, lower cholesterol... fitting into your old cute clothes you thought you never would be able to wear again.... etc...

People Be careful with the likes of xenical!! If I recollect correctly, one of the weight loss products, acomplia is the name, has been removed as it was proven to be quite risky to take.
Xenical is a prescription-only medicine , and you must be over a certain BMI ranging near the morbidly obese category, have no health issues, and the important part for people on Atkins is that it does not cope well with fat in foods.
Lots of fat increased diarrhea, as its main function is to "inhibit" fat uptake in our body, and unprocessed fat ends in stools..
So, Xenical is not good for people on Atkins.
Do not look for magic pills, just try Atkins
