    your intestines have muscles if they have not been worked out they can become weak

    Strong Intestinal Muscle


    read the stuff there and ignore the adds xD


    also you could try these exercises

    try sitting on the can and then pressing and then retracting and the whole range of movements you do when you take a crap

    you can also try that exercise while lying down or standing it doesnt have to be on the can you could also just try just retracting it may somewhat feel like when you suck your gut in

    it may exercise your intestines and you should then beable to have a bowl movement but also by doing exercises like that you can strengthen them and hopefully in the future have easier bowl movements

    normally i wouldnt talk about stuff like this but 1 and a half weeks sounds pretty painful
