    Atkins makes exercise mandatory - I took up cycling - see last pics at 203lb.

    Thanks for posting this. I have just watched it. I thought the protein and dairy points were interesting. It was also very interesting to see that the same food liquidised filled you up longer.

      I watched it too,loved the part where they did experiment on the working guys, one who ate protein breakfast went longer without getting hungry than the others.
      Making it more likely not to over eat!
      I have my eggs in the morning and i at work 5 hours..sometimes i get home and still not hungry.


      I wish they would do a programme about the benefits of the Atkins Plan..like put a few of the guys from here on it to show diffrent stages of plan, i think a lot more people would go for it.

      Anyway it was good program,hope yous get chance watch
