I suggest calling your physician.

That it not one of the normal side affects of Induction.

How much food are you eating? How many calories? How many net carbs?

Are over half of your net carbs coming from vegetables?

Are you eating meals regularly and not going for more than a few hours without eating?

Are you spreading your net carbs throughout the day instead of eating a bunch of them in one meal?

Ringing or whatever odd sounds in the ear can be a symptom of hypoglycemia. That's the reason for the questions above.

Also... are you getting enough sleep?
