But surely the easy answer is to decrease the time between doses when baody weight is larger - eg 4 times a day rather than 3 times a day.
The problem is note only one of obesity. I am a 6ft3in 200lb male. Large but not obese. I am going to need a higher dose that a small light female.
Anaesthetists might doe the arithmetic, but the calculation is rarely made for other medications. I have been short-changed!
