Congrats! How long have you been on for them to come way down? Just curious, as I have have a doctors appointment tomorrow afternoon, just to have a Foster Care health form updated with a TB test, but I'm sure my doc is going to want to do bloodwork soon. I'm debating if I should eat breakfast so I can buy several more weeks on plan before getting bloodwork, or just go in fasting and get it over with. I've been on about 5 months, with probably a dozen cheat days in that time. I'm thinking I might want to wait another couple of months.

Great job Desert. I go next week for my fasting lipids, I'm I hoping that almost two weeks on induction will show an improvement from my January numbers (which were non-fasting so some improvement is almost guaranteed anyway.).

          But good for you.

I think the Dr A said the numbers should drop in 2 months, but it might be 6. I had blood work last April so I really can't tell you how long it has been.
