I started the diet on March 9. Yesterday I experienced terrible pains in my abdomen. An antacid relieves it for a few minutes and then they continue. I went to bed and took melatonin in order to sleep. I woke up feeling better but stomach is still "shaky", painful but not the severe sharp pains. I have been eating a good variety of veges, meat, eggs, fats, etc. I drink lots of water - always have.
I want to think it's just a bug or something. Any thoughts?
