  • Agreat start, but there is a problem

    Hi ,,,

I want to tell you about my experience of the Atkins diet, but first I tried to follow many of the diets But without result .

Because Weight close to ideal weight so there is difficulty losing weight, it is almost constant . I think it has become difficult to Lose weight and fitness has been restored.

but after reading about the Atkins diet And I was astonished to great results I decided to do Atkins with worry that I do not lose weight as usual.

And started Atkins But it was difficult because I do not like eating meat, but I did. During the three days, and I stood on the scales and found that I lost 2 kg.

On the fourth day I could not because of fatigue, drowsiness, dizziness, increasing the acidity and rapid heartbeat ,So I ate carbohydrates

My question to you how you can withstand the Atkins without any complications. Because I want to continue with it and at the same time live a normal life without to be bedridden.

Thank you and I apologize if my English is not good enough.

Don't give up just because of the side effects...your body will have to adjust to different eating habits. My body went through sugar and carb withdrawals just like any addict would but some of my stomach troubles quit almost immediately after a day or so. If you search dizziness or nausea you'll find lots of others who have shared your experience.

        Congrats on starting
        Good luck
