    Did you guys see Good Morning American's High Blood Pressure show. The docs who were on said that you need to worry more about High Blood Pressure than cholesterol as it does more damage to your artery walls and damaged walls make the cholesterol stick....
    What did they say to do.
    9 servings of fruit and veggies, (9!!!!!)
    lose weight
    and meditation as stress is a big cause of elevated pressure.

    So I expect everyone to find a corner, sit on the floor with your legs crossed, hands on knees. Breath in Ommmmmmmmmmm. Ommmmmmmmm

    I didn't see it darn it! But I know meditation does wonders for everything else... So I'm in!! lol
