I'm back on Atkins for the second time. When I was on the first time, I wasn't taking Norvasc, and lost weight rapidly. Now I'm taking Norvasc, and the weight is coming off much slower. I've lost 10 pounds in a month - not bad, just not what I'd hoped for. I know that BP meds can cause slow weight loss. Has anyone had that experience with Norvasc? I'd sure like to know. If it is what's causing the slower weight loss, that's fine, I'd feel better than not knowing.

Re: Norvasc, anyone?
I am on it, but I am on induction too. Will let you know."I keep the telephone of my mind open to peace, harmony, health, love, and abundance. Then whenever doubt, anxiety, or fear try to call me, they keep getting a busy signal and soon they'll forget my number"

Re: Norvasc, anyone?
Though meds do often cause weightloss slowdowns, it could just be that your metabolism has changed with time. How long ago were you on Atkins before, and how much did you lose in a month back then? Before and after:
