Is there a translator in the house?

My blood results came in the mail today. These numbers were the only ones I got. Things like potassium and Kidney function test were just "checked" nothing else... no numbers.

Total Cholesterol 204 (goal Less than 200)
LDL (bad) cholesterol 134 (less than 130-160)
HDL (good) cholesterol 59 (greater than 50)
Triglycerides 54 (Less than 110)
Blood sugar 81

Your report should have had other colums, one for high/Low flags and reference range for each test within which the result is considered normal. If your report doesn't have that on it, you might want to ask a nurse or check a few medical websites for normal blood test ranges.

those are get numbers. the ratio of total cholesterol to HDL ( the good stuff) is what heart docs look at any yours is 3.48 whic is excellent. they like you to be between 3-5 to be normal.

your LDL is a bit high if you have diabetes or a heart history. Are you getting close to menopause? ladies LDL goes up then. it will also rise when we have low thyroid conditions too. They also break LDL out into 2 types on cholesterol testing and one is dangerous VLDL and the other isn't.

81 is a great blood sugar level too nice and low. looks like you are nicely in ketosis
