Just curious to see if any of you have had your blood pressure monitored pre and on low carb.
Two weeks ago before I begun low carb my blood pressure was high; Just redone it after 13 days and I’m sitting normal now. I wondered if this was to do with the low carb WOE?
All but a minor blip while on holiday which I found very easy to sort out (in the past I would use a slip to go on a high carb weeks on end binge)I have found following the Atkins plan very pleasant. This addition of blood pressure being lowered to an acceptable level had reinforced my belief in Low carb.
