I recommitted to legal induction a few days ago and already I've seen some progress. Not on the scale, that's up actually, but the last two days my blood pressure has been normal! Even too low for my machine to pick up at first. I've been doing my best to do legal induction, I've added in a magnesium supplement, and I'm eating celery everyday. Something is finally working. Pretty soon I am thinking I'll be able to reduce my blood pressure medications (I'm on three!). At this point, the benefits to my blood pressure, blood sugar, etc are enough to keep me doing induction even if I don't see any weight loss at first.
