I've been on induction for a week and a half. I had moderate rosacea, and in the past week it has faded considerably. I am thinking that I maybe had a wheat allergy or something that was causing it. Has anyone else experienced this?

Any additional info. on rosacea? I have been bright red and blotchy since starting diet the past few days.... interesting thing.... it does seem to fade after several days, however....Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

YEAH! With me it was mild ACNE! I thought I was nuttty! But after nine months my skin is clearer and the acne pinkness is pretty much gone!Female; 31 yrs. 5'9".
Started ANA at 262 lbs; stopped & gained. Started again 06-19-2004 at 242 Lbs. Goal 130 Lbs!

That is wonderful news. I have said from the beginning. There is just something about the way our skin responds so well to this WOE!! It just glows... Ever noticed how so many appear younger??
