Back in January I asked my dr. to run a cholesterol test. She only had the total number, 166, not the break down of HDL, LDL and Tri.
I had the test rerun last week:
total - 155
HDL - 34
LDL - 11
Tri - 28
My LDL and Tri. are extremely low. My HDL could be a bit higher but she was very pleased with the overall result and told me to "keep doing what you're doing"
