  • Heart BPM and BP question!

Question about heart rate and BP. Ok I wake up BP is like 129/74 I do my things goes to about 156-158/94-98, but both times my heart rate is usually 90-100BPM I've barely scene it below 90....I thought my machien was faulty so I checked with my artery and its correct. What causes my heartbeat to be so high... I do cardo and I can stay within my target zone after a minute I'm done past it, I have tried to stay within but I don't sweat I dont feel any burn I feel like im doing nothing except moving...Does it have anything to do with the fact Im an adreniline junkie have been for the last 3 years...living on caffine for blood and adreniline spikes all night long...I wish it was so simple as to not get excited but I really dont have a choice on my job when it seems everyone I stop is trying to kill me or my partner! Does the extended time of caffine and adreniline give you a permanent boost to your BPM? I can't figure it out!

    Thanks!

    Hi Will,

Here's an excellent article about your pulse and resting BPM.
Take note* Caffeine and smoking can cause higher than normal rates. But you are really in 'Normal' range being that resting heart rates can fluctuate for a normal adult from 60-100.

doing your cardio part of your exercise should help you lower your resting heart rate over time.

Have you discussed this with your doc? rememeber what is normal for you may not ber mornal for others.
