    Hi,

    I just got my lab results back after being on program for 2 months.
    I was happy with everything but my HDL's were only 24.

    What can I do to raise that?

    Goal...clean induction

    What was your total cholesterol, your LDL, and you tryglicerides?

    And did you compare these results to your past blood work? Are things better or worse?

    I just had blood work after 2 1/2 mos on plan. Total went up a little,
    HDL went up-ok
    LDL went up, lower is better-not ok
    TRIG-went down-ok

      Everything was better except my HDL ?

      Total was 135 now 92
      HDL was 36 now 24
      LDL was 70 now 53
      Tri was 135 now 77
      A1C was 8.0 now 6.5
      Tissle

        Sorry, I don't have an answer to your question, but those numbers look pretty good overall.

        So your HDL went down instead of up. I wonder if it will "balance out" and that number improve in a few more months? Maybe it is too soon to see that number as it should be. I am just guessing, hopefully someone who knows better can comment.
