Its kinda funny how 2 years ago when I got clean from methamphetamine ( the only thing that cured my obbsesion with food) I went right back to me favorite drug of choice... FOOD!
I always thought it was unfair that I couldnt be abstinent from food like I was from drugs, However now I realize it wasnt food, I wasnt a pig ect... I was a sugar addict, very sick in my addiction. well now I am abstinent from sugar :joy I have done so much to get my life back together, got out of a 15 year violent mariage, got off drugs, got babtized, started healing my old wounds and helping my kids heal theirs, got my GED, and now I have 3 months left before I graduate community college, and finaly the last and biggest addiction... learned about my sugar addiction, I had to go on faith, had to forget about everything I ever knew about DIETS and trusted in the atkins aproach, I was sure after 2 weeks on it I was gonna gain 10lbs, lol. now I got my step mom on it! and im preachen to anyone who will listen, lol. anyway I love this board, thanks for letting me ramble, im just feeling very happy and greatfull today :wave
