On most calanders Sunday is the first day of the week. Start this week like it a brand new life.
Many of us fall back on our old habits because we allow others to hurt us. Either to continue the pattern of abuse we must deserve or somehow we feel it will hurt them.
You know what I am talking about, I drink because my wife doesnt understand me, I do drugs because my parents don't love me the way they should. I over eat because I cannot control the world around me.
Well, friends that is a bunch of bull :censor . Lets beging to use our sobrity, cleanness, dieting, and non smoking as a way of showing them they no longer have the power over us.
