  • Procrastinator/Lazy Addict.

:help :help :help I think I'm a lazy addict. I worked so hard in my younger years of caring for children, keeping the house so spic and span. Keeping my weight down and just working hard. Now, I think, think, think before I do anything. I'm so lazy now. I wish the house can never get dirty and I can just dust and wipe. But, I have to clean constantly, and do my exercises too (which I never get around to because I hate monotony.) I just feel like I can do so much better but I am Procrastinating to the 10th degree. What can I do??

make you a list of things that absolutely have to be done and things you normally like to do in a day. then make a bargin with yourself zi will do chore a and then activity I like b example zi will do 20 min exeriseing then check ADBB for 5 min and so on,

as for exercise get a fitness bakll and exercise while you sit. If you have machines do HITT you will be going fulll sppeed for 1 min slow recovery for 1 min and alternatingthe entire time hard to get board doing that.
