Hi Everyone! How is everyone? Wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing and give an update on me…
I have lost 22 lbs! and am really excited. I think the BC pills are getting my hormones regulated
And I think helping me lose the weight. I’ve lost 22 lbs since January, but I’ve been on a “clean’
Induction for the past 13 days and I have lost 10 lbs!!!!! Something is finally clicking. I am also
Continuing to exercise. I’ve also added in a 10-25 min walk in the morning at work to help get my metabolism
Working and I’m eating breakfast! (except today). I am feeling great and I cannot believe I’ve lost 10 lbs in one week.
That hasn’t happened with my other clean inductions, so I’m surprised but soooo glad. I really think it is the
difference in the hormones. I’ve been working out for at least an hour a day plus the walks in the morning.
I have to say that I’m feeling great and wearing a pair of jeans today that were too tight 2 weeks ago.
I love ATKINS. I love this WOE, WOL.
PCOS update: They want to keep me on the bc pills for the next 2 months to see if things continue to improve.
As far as losing weight, my doc suggested that I train for a marathon (which I did before in college and it really helped).
So I’M going to continued to walk my hour + a day and look into training for a marathon again.
