  • Soy

I thought I had read at one time...years ago...that soy was not good for women with PCOS...but it was so long ago I could be mistaken or the info may be out of date. Does this sound familiar to anyone??

    Re: Soy

soy is a plant that mimics estrogen in the body. Many PCOS folk have too much estrogen already that interfers with their health adding more is only going to make things worse. however if you are loe in estrogen then soy is a natural compound you can use to boost your levels back up. Check with your doc and see what they recomend for you.
