Metformin and weight gain?

I just wanted to know if anyone has ever taken Metformin? If so has it helped? Also did it make you gain more weight or hinder your loss. Thank you for any information.

metaforin helps some folk lose just by taking it. Others it has no weight loss effect on. it will help your cells use insulin better and that will cause a decrease in the production of insulin which is a fat storing horemone.

it helps insulin resistant PCOS folk too with ovulating cause less insulin more estrogen
