    Morning PCOSisters!

    Just popping in to see who is around today and how you are doing.

    I've been eating on the program for over three months and I must say that I finally see this as a way of life. It took me three months and moving up OWL to feel content with the foods and that I'm not giving up everything fun.

    However, my exercise was sporatic and not steady. These last three weeks I've been working out just about every day and I can tell a big difference. It took that long, though, for me to start feeling energetic -- now I'm so glad and excited that I started with my workout videos and am thrilled with the results. No one seemed to notice any difference until after my second week of working out. Now I'm getting a lot of compliments about my weight loss -- so exercise certainly does make a BIG difference in losing inches.
