Hey ladies (or should I say PCOSisters),
I just wanted to see if anyone was interested in a PCOS challenge of some type? It could be exercise, cheat-free, water, etc.
If you are interested in doing something like this with your other PCOSisters, please let me know by posting and putting down what type of challenge would work best for you. If there are at least two or three of us who are interested, then we can start something for November.
Remember, you are not alone in this and together we can fight all these symptoms by eating right, exercising and keeping a good, positive attitude to move ahead. Working at it now will possibly increase our health by next year at this time. And wouldn't it feel good to have a year's worth of this behind you? Especially if you were 20, 30, 50 or 100 pounds lighter? What a joyful year that would be!
So, we've got to plan now so next year we can look back and see the journey we took and be so happy with our accomplishment.
Anyone game?
