Hello everyone. I haven't been able to log on for a while, and am so happy to see they started an actual forum for us! It is going to be SO helpful. I've been on Atkins now for almost 6 months, have lost 62 pounds....only 170 more to go... :yikes I had my first normal period in 6 years last month, and yesterday, I think I actually OVULATED!!!!! This is such a triumph! Now I will be happy if next month my period doesn't come for HAPPY reasons! We're trying for number two. Hope you all have a very Merry Christmas.

Thank you everyone! Hope you are all having a nice weekend. I would love to be able to encourage anyone having a hard time with PCOS. It is
a very hard thing to conquer, but with Atkins it is very possible.

                  Hey girlie!

As you get closer to your goal and your hormones straighten out is when it is all probably going to happen.

It is nice reading a person's post from a while back and to see how far they've come. Just think how different you felt back in 2004 versus 2006 (and how much healthier).

Next year it will be hard to imagine where we are today.
