    Today i had another great day. I bought a 32 oz water bottle and i drank one at work and one here at home. I still feel the need to drink more water. Are we suppose to drink 64oz or 94oz? Breakfast i had 2 slices of bacon(cooked the night before), carrots for a snack, dinner steak and green salad, night snack-10 blk olives, snack surger free low carb fudgsicle. Oh and for lunch i had a bowl of pizza.

    Pizza- I got it from the MB.

    i lines the bowl with pep. spread pizza sauce (thin layer) then top with another layer of pep., topped w/ shredd mozarella cheese, slices jalapenos, slices of blk olives and 1/4 slices of pep. -microwave until cheese is melted.

      Hey Aimee,
      Carrots are not low-carb. Make sure you check the list. FYI. I ended up buying two boxes of Atkins breakfast bars for my desk at work. I hope I can trust myself to not gorge on them. They are supposed to be for emergency hunger. Any non-perishables you can suggest that I can keep at work? I am pretty sure we are supposed to have 64 oz. I do remember reading that if you have any caffeinated beverage that you needed to increase your water by that same amount (add another 8 oz. for instance). I am having no problem meeting the water requirement. It's always hot here and I'm constantly drinking. I really have to try that pizza in a bowl recipe. Starting to get bored with my grilled steak or chicken on a bed of salad old standby.
      P.S. both of you----what day are you on? TOday is my day 14. Tomorrow I must decide whether to continue with INduction or move on.

      2nd mini-goal is 155
      3rd mini-goal is 150- I will schedule a massage
      4th mini-goal is 145
      5th -mini-goal is 140
      Final goal is 135--hope to meet by 8/7/08
      Dress size 12/10/8

        Hi Carrie. I'm on day 19th and feel bloated(still no AF). Gees i didnt realize carrots werent lC- thanks for the info. on carrots and water. I did 70 sit ups today but my energy is low/bloated/lazy but i'm still follwing the rules execpt the carrot incident . Hopefully someone will let us know whats a good dry snack to keep at work.

          I have Atkins bars in my desk for emergencies but I am not sure we are allowed to have them during Induction. Does anyone know? Also, I have the Atkins shakes when I'm dying for a dessert (about twice a week). Using the bars and shakes occasionally does not appear to be stalling me.

            Hey Girls!

            I'm just checking in with ya'll. I got home from Vegas and have just been swamped catching up on work! Eating out was a lot harder than I thought it'd be!! I tried so hard, but hidden carbs must have gotten me. I'm glad to be back home where I am in control of everything I eat!

            How is everyone doing?

              welcome back kiki. Vegas and low carbing takes disipline. I know i'd have a hardtime-lol! Well get caught up with everything and get back into action once you can focus.

                Welcome back. I had a success and then a setback. Lost 7 lb in the first 2 1/2 weeks. Then the next week I lost zero. I will not give up though. I have faith from all I've read that this is the only diet for us. Stay in touch.
