Ok - trying to not get bored

.....I need to go to the grocery store and get more variety.

I have a friend doing this with me and we went out and enjoyed a steak today.

I had forgotten how nice it is to eat fat and meat.

I seem to be getting past some of the sugar detox and feeling better.

I do just try to make sure that i don't let myself get too hungry. Timing means a lot.

....I cannot find my atkins book. ARG!

I am not going to weigh myself until one week is over.

I started on Thursday last week....so I will wait until Thursday to weigh in............if I can wait that long.......

Fantastic idea to stay off the scale. Make sure you take your measurements also~~~equally important to keep track of inches lost.

Find your book~~a pivotal part of success in this way of eating/living.

No need to get bored with the variety of food we can have. As far as recipes there are great ones here on ADBB & also here

Glad to hear your induction flu aka detox is coming to an end & you are feeling better!!

    Good luck on your journey!

I stayed off for 2 whole weeks before I stepped on me dreaded scale. Stay focused and stay on course. You'll do fine. God Bless, Joe
