Hello all! I am very glad to say that my TOM came yesterday. It’s been 2 months since my last one (which is a shorter time that normal). I’ve been exercising like crazy, hoping that losing more weight would help my TOM along and I think it has. I’ve lost about 17-18 pounds now and got my TOM yesterday! I am going in for PCOS testing on April 20th. I am hoping that the gyn doc I’m going to is knowledgeable about PCOS.
    Have a low-carb day ladies!

good for you I'm so happy for you.

WHo would have thought somebody is celebrating a TOM and it isn't cause it meant they were not preg. LOL

make sure the doctor knows you have been doing low carb Atkins as the low carb eating will effect your insulin tests.

      Thanks 2big!
I know, it was a different kindof relief! Do you think I need to "carb-load" before the appointment? So that my tests are more "normal"? I am afraid to eat too much of anything with carbs. I don't want those powerful cravings to come back.

What is your advice on that? (besides telling the doc? I don't know if she will be open to Atkins)
