Allow me to reintroduce myself my name is Angie..but you prolly got that already from my username lol...
I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was around 18 or 19 --I cant remember...I am 27 now...my have the years have flown...
I have been on and off this WOE for over 7 years...this time I am really giving it my all because I haven't even SEEN my period in over 6 months, no I am not pregnant sometimes in my case if I gain too much my period goes away completely..all the other nasty symptoms have also returned...the horrible problems that we all know about that I'm not gonna get into...
I know this WOE is the only thing that brings back my periods and alleviates my symptoms...I have been on meds for ever and none of them work like changing your eating habits do for me...
