Well this is a little embaressing to admit but here it goes. I was diagnosed 3 years ago after some symptoms, bloodwork and internal ultrasounds of my ovaries.
My symptoms were:
no periods/Irregular periods
Weight Gain & Flucuation (like 20+ pounds)
hair growth on my face !! (Yuck)
Depression
Infertility
It didnt take them long to diagnose it and they told me to LOSE weight. That losing weight would cure my symptoms and help me get pregnant. So I did lose 28 lbs and then became preggers. Now here I sit 4 1/2 months post partem and all of my symptoms are back and getting worse! SO I am working to get this weight & baby weight off.
Here is a GREAT FANASTIC site that I am a part off. It is the best for information and PCOS support. So check it out.
Highest Regards !
