  • To say Hello - Baby due in April

    Hello All!

Just decided to drop by and check on things. I received the Winter newsletter and it brought a since of excitement because I know I will be joining you all very soon. It has been a while since I signed on to ADBB! If you do not know I am currently in my last 4 weeks of pregnancy and trying to get my mind right so that I can go back on Atkins and lose all of this weight I have gained over the past months. My first thoughts were to breastfeed but I am so eagar to start my weightloss plan I think I am just going to have to formula feed. I do plan to probably breastfeed for the 1st week.

Anyway just stopped by say to Hello! Keep up all the good work.

Hi Narose! SOOO glad you stopped in! 4 weeks left...wow you've got to be getting so excited! Welcome to the club and good luck with your plan. Just curious, have you considered doing maintenance or OWL and breast feeding? I've heard the combo makes for great weight loss. I'm going to try it. Hope these last 4 weeks sail by for you!

        Congratz!
I too agree with the breastfeeding and maint phase. Breast feeding alone is supposed to be a great way to looose excess pounds, add Maint and exercise.. your good to go girl!
