Okay, I was suppost to have gotten aunt flo around 4 days ago. I had only a little spottin, tiny dot of red..rest pink/brown...then nothing. I figured damn diet screwed me up again.

I bought a fact plus test and omg there is a Big Fat +. A distinct vertical line, if it was a neg. there wouldnt even be a vertical line. Im going to go to my mom's and test again in the morning. I knew I should of got a 2 pack of hpt

I called me DH and woke him up...and he got excited. He is a little hesitant, he wants me to do a test again, and he is worried cause we miscarried in october.

We shall see.

Ketosis doesnt cause big fat + right???

Never heard of ketosis messing up a test but I have heard of many on Atkins getting the pink line and the bundle of joy 9 months later. I pray the best for you and I offer the first CONGRATS!!!!!!!

Congratulations, Cheers, your are so PREGO! Any positive line at all on those tests, no matter how faint, is a positive test. I hope you have a wonderful pregnancy and an excellent birth!

LOL okay I know I am such a dork. I went early this morning to Wal-Mart and bought first response(2 test pk) and equate(1 testpk). I ran over to my moms and took all 3. I now have 4 positives!!!!
OMG.
I called my DH who was beside himself. He knew that it was definate and we tried calling everyone and nobody would answer us. We finally did, they are beside themselves.

Im little worried but I havent had any more spotting, and I have been taking it easy.
So much to do...

I think my low carb'ing helped us conceive. Yeahhh for babies.

The spotting is called breakthrough bleeding. It is normal. You should let your midwife or OB know about it if you are worried. Congratulations mommy!

Thank you all for all your well wishes!! Justwannaloseafewlbs, I am calling monday to scedule my first prenatal visit. This is my 3rd child, I guess ever one is different, with my girls I never had breakthrough bleeding. It must be a boy

Makes no difference to me, babies and children are definately a blessing. At least until they learn how to talk back. lol jk

Congratulations! I have been doing fertility treatments for about 100 years. My nurse at the clinic I go to said that they do not accept donor eggs from women with a BMI over 30, because they have decreased egg quality. I think you are probably right that your low carbing helped get you pregnant. You made it under that 30 mark and look what happened! Yay for you! I hope you have a happy and healthy nine months!
