I keep trying to tell myself that it's only 2 weeks of serious craving issues that a lot of water will take care of but I'm still finding it hard to kickstart it.
I know once I get over that 2 week hurdle I'll start to feel a ton better. It's just that beginning. Know what I mean?
Maybe I just need to plan better.
