I drink water like it's going out of stlye, and I either hit the treadmil, 5-8lb dumbells, or 18-30 min miracle mile type cardio/walk exercise routine at least 3-4 times a weeks, if not more. I feel great! Gotta keep moving so the swelling and leg cramps don't hit me too hard.
