    March Due Dates?

    Hi! I'm new here and love reading all of your ladies posts...it's so helpful...I'm 16 weeks pregnant and hoping to not gain ANY weight ( well not much anyway ) Any advice is highly appriciated. I hope to get to know all of you and congrads on your pregnancies thus far!

    Dana ( a little about me ----> preggo with my 3rd child, daughter 10 yo my son is 7 yo, married 11 years, I just turned 31 last week and ummm....ask away I'm an open book )

      Congrats on the baby!!! I'm new to ATKINS but i know there's a few mom's to be on the board that can give u some advice.

          Congratulations Dana!

          I'm a couple months behind you and also hoping to keep the lbs down this time. Dont know if gaining no weight would be best, but since I already have about 10-15 pounds more than I need, I figure I don't need to gain a huge amount.

          I too am interested in any tips or ideas
