Hi gals!

I wasn't sure if this forum was just for pregnant and nursing gals, or if new moms in general could join in too. I just gave birth to our first baby and I'm restarting Atkins to help with the baby weight. Just wanted to say hello!

Oh wow, congrats! I was on atkins when I found out I was pregnant with our third child. I had him in Dec, and have been on and off atkins since then . I finally got into the grove and am going on 30+ days cheat free. Now my little boy is 8 months old and into everything. Crawling, pulling up, and the worst of it teething. Look at all the things you have to look forward too Congrats again on your baby girl, Atkins is an awesome way of life- provides lots of energy for those late nights.
