        Did I ever mention that I hate it when the weather is nice here?

        3.5 hours mowing Never get it done gotta move to town smaller yard
        30 min of light weights upper body
        100 crunches
        100 reverse crunches
        1 mile walk, moderate speed

        and yet more mowing to do tomorrow, and Tuesday, and hopefully I can be done mowing for a couple of days

            I went swimming and almost managed a full length for the first time. About 5 metres short. But I will get there eventually.

                      Did a mini workout, as this is usually my day of REST. I did 20 minutes on the ab lounger, and a 15 minute walk.
