        Hi all :wave

Well I didn't make it to the gym last night. My hubby switched cars with me and forgot to put my gym pass on the key ring <sigh> so I'll have to hit it hard tonight.

I'll try to do 45 min on the treadmill. The cortisone shot is worn off of my foot so now the real challenges begin! My doctor appt isn't until the end of June! :yikes I'll do what I can. Something is better than nothing, right?

All right, all right, NOBODY's taking a rest today, I'll make myself get up right now, despite the 5 excuses I can come up with immediately...

I'm marching downstairs and will do 30 minutes on the recumbent bike. I may even do some time on the treadmill, but that could just be insanity talking.
