    going to be walking most of the day (taking a trip to manhattan)

    ill try to calculate how long i spend walking though and post it later

          15 minutes weights
          15 minutes ab lounger

          I want to lose 3 lbs by Tuesday, so I'll take a brisk walk later too!

                  push mowed the yard and then did the official thing

                  bike:
                  7.3 miles 39 minutes 430 calories

                  crunches:
                  5 reps of 15 each

                  push ups:
                  2 sets of 10 each
                  ----------
                  that is 6 days for week one and NO SLUGS!

                        I cleaned and cooked and hostessed for a pretty big dinner party but I am thinking that does not count for exercise ...so I guess it was a rest day?....too bad I am having another to get over that one!!!

                          5 mins or so on exercise bike - was going to do strength training but have been feeling off-colour past few days so wasn't going to overdo things. Had an upset stomach on Thursday and it still hasn't really settled yet.
