            Jogged 32 minutue covering 2.3 miles and walked 15 minutes total 47 minutes on the treadmill.

                    Taking a day off. Every time I move it feels like my poor sun-burnt skin is going to split apart.

                      Did 46 MINUTES on the treadmill, a personal best!!! It helped that I was watching the end of Ocean's 11!

                        i could've swore i posted for friday earlier today. perhaps i stuck it somewhere else so i am glad i am logging my numbers on a personal chart.

                              Ladies and gents...i'm so sorry but i had a accident on Thurs. night and busted my knee and Sunday I came down with this horrible cold. I'm still horrible too. I hope that I can start back up on Monday. Just wanted to let ya'll know
