    6 WEC #18 Week 3, Day 1, Sun. June 5

    Hey! Hey! Hey!

    Another week under the belt!

    Ran the first half and then jogged the last half of a 7K course. It took me one hour. It was hot, humid, and windy...........brutal!!

    Decided to nix the gardening today.

    Ta, till tomorrow.

                  I didn't really exercise but I went outside and split wood for an hour first time I have ever done that what an upper body workout. I was sweating like crazyy and my arms are really sore now Go figure good thing tomorrow is cardio.

                  Did I tell you all I broke my stall YAY.

                    I am back with Power 90.
                    Did the Sculpt Circuit 1-2 and Ab Ripper 100.
                    Need a shower now!!

                          Me, I have been at the same weight for the last month! :mad2

                          The bleeding scale has not even quivered, never mind move! :yikes

                          I did notice that I can see my quads now when I stand sideways in the mirror. I hope, I really really hope that the fat is being replaced with muscle hence no change on the scale.

                          (If y'all don't agree, please don't tell me cause I will burst out in tears....I have worked very hard and have been extremely diligent vis a vis my exercising so let me hang on to my illusions.)
