    Hey!

    Sleeves rolled up, knee pads on, soap and bucket out, washing 2000 square feet of floors and then on to the dusting and then the bathrooms, and so forth!

    Call it my Exercise Day!

    Sure felt good to workout last night but it doesn't feel too good right now! :raving

    I did 30 min upper body weight training and 30 min on the treadmill. Tonight I'll do 30 min on treadmill but don't know about weights yet. My body is going to ****.... I need surgery on my right foot and I have bursitis in my left hip. I'll keep on truckin' :icondance

          5 minutes warm up on stationary bike
          35 minutes upper body weights
          20 minutes lower body weights
          100 sit ups.

          It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




          I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                      board was down so a few of us couldn't get our numbers for tuesday on here till today.

                      bike:
                      8.5 miles 47.15 minutes 500 calories
                      crunches:
                      4 sets of 20 reps
                      pushups:
                      2 sets or 12 reps each
                      butt/pelvic raises:
                      25 or 30 lost count

                            Jogged on the Treadmill 30 minutes and walked 15 so it was a good day sorry it took so long to post I have been busy my fat has been falling off of me LOL. And my Cheast has deflated 1.5 inches OH DARN
