    One hour weight training.

    Plus last night we started softball practice and I did that for 2 hours. So much fun! Our first game is Friday. We are TERRIBLE, but we have a good time.

    Last night I struggled with 30 min on the treadmill. This bursitis SUX!!! I took 2 prescription ibuprofens before bed and it didn't touch the pain!

    But........... I'll truck on. I'll do 30 min treadmill tonight but I don't think it's looking good that I'll do lower body weight training at this time :anger

                  My trainer has me on a new cardio routine - HIIT but it takes 20 minutes - doubt it will work, but did get my heart rate up there.

                    Did legs felt good didn't take too long but, at least I did it so I am happy I am thinking I may have to go for a little jog maybe 20 minutes but, I'm not sure yet.

                        Oh I am sooo happy to be here. Yesterday my computer was being well cranky and wouldn't let me in to ha

                        So Tuesday I did a 2 mile brisk walk
                        Then spent 30 min. swimming laps (boy am I out of shape)
                        Then I spent an hour carrying my younger two back and forth across the deep end of the pool

                        Today I did a two mile brisk walk and called it good.
