Skyye, due to the problem with my hip, I'm *resting* until Monday. I'm not being a slug. I want to exercise but it's too painful right now. Resting yesterday really helped and I'm taking joint vitamins and Aleve and they are making a difference.

Happy moving! :raving LOL I know it sux but getting a new place is fun!

I hope y'all have a great weekend! :icondance

        Hey!

Yup, kept my promise, all three of us went running this morning (7.5 K). Actually it was quite lovely......last night we had thunder storms so this morning everything was fresh and sweet from the rain.

Might continue getting up early for the rest of the summer, it was that enjoyable.

        Ta, see you all tomorrow.

(the 7.5K should read 9.5K.....had to change my route because of a huge black dog which kept barking and snarling as though he was working up to ripping my throat out :yikes Although he stayed on his side of the road, he ran along with me for at least 1/2 K.. One of the disadvantages of running in the country, the farmers do not tie up their dogs.)

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
