Turn your midlife crisis to your own advantage by making it a time for renewal of your body and mind, rather than stand by helplessly and watch them decline.~~Jane E. Brody
Walked MILES in intense heat. Brought on by visiting the Old Town Art Fair in Chicago, and knowing parking would be a bear in a minivan, so we parked about 3 miles away and hoofed it. Then strolled for quite a bit, browsing. Love when I can combine my exercise with my normal actiivites! We took a cab back to the car, though, I actually bought a painting for the first time in all the years I've attended this Festival!
I'm still slugless, although it's been mighty close a few times!!

rest in peace to my grandfather , who's spirit entered my being the second he passed on to the next life , i live my life for you as well as myself now..
A little bit of walking in the afternoon, followed by extensive housework in the evening. Not proper exercise as such but I was definitely keeping moving - sorting, tidying, throwing out and generally cleaning house. Have TOM at moment so am always hesitant about overdoing it then.
