  • 6WEC #18, Week 4, Day1, Sun. June 12

    Hey!

This morning my cranky hip ( :grumble ) won the toss....."heads we run-tails we rest" .........so we will give it a rest..........instead we have been weeding the flower beds since 7:30 this morning. Will probably do some more this evening once the sun is a bit less intense.

Will call today, "upper body workout".

    Ta, see you all tomorrow.

More unpacking and washing, drying and putting away dishes. Also went shopping for groceries to fill our bare pantry and fridge.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
