  • 6 WEC #18, Week 4, Day 6, Friday June 17

    Hey!

    Great running weather, early mornings have been nice and cool - low 60's. Managed both yesterday and today to come in just barely ahead of the rain. Ran 9.5 K both days.

    Till tomorrow.

    I got some catch up work

    Mon 30 min treadmill
    Tue was out of town but walked ALOT
    Wed same as Tue
    Thurs walked 15 min on treadmill and got sick....?
    Friday tonight will try 30 min on treadmill

    I think it was just something I ate yesterday but feel fine today :nod

    And this weekend I'll be doing chores and shopping. If I have energy after that, I'll walk outdoors now that it's beautiful!

      rest day I pulled a muscle in my leg have been icing it I kinda went down funny on the stairs so taking it easy today

          I've been all stuffed up so I can hardly breathe (again *sigh*) plus so tired that I hadn't felt like doing anything since Wed so I guess thats a bunch of sick days for me

            Well a whole bunch of slug days for me. Note to self, do not get in exercise challenge in the summer. Working too hard, and it is too darn hot, and I am such a slouch these days. I am going to work on it starting tomorrow, maybe tonight, but probably tomorrow... :sadblinky

                Ok playing catch up here

                Wed. Day off
                Thurs. 2 hours pushing the mower and 2 hours swimming and water walking
                Friday 2 hours on the mower.
