    Hope I did it right I jogged for 62 minutes WOOHOO. Went 4.1 Miles slow but I did it and it felt awesome

    spent the day in the ER. Vertigo. Going back to bed, may be resting for days again. sigh.

      Oh, Barbde that's horrible I had that when I was 19 caused by stress LOL. It was horrid I sure hope it gets better soon cause it's absolutely no fun. Take care of yourself.

        Will do 30 min treadmill and either weight training or the abs class (both 30 min)

          Nothing for me as of yet. I was down most of the day with a headache. (Sure wasn't much fun since I can't take my Excedrine anymore :sadblinky ) I'm finally feeling better though. Thinking about goin swimming later this evening when the sun isn't so bright. Have to wait and see though.

                crunches:
                1 set of 45 and then threw the rest in as much as my body could take
                did 90 total

                  Finally back on the band wagon. Started exercising again last night after the long terrible cold. Walked/ran 2 miles 45 minutes.

                      Trying to do more running. I find myself wanting to take off running everytime I walk. I up my jog time each week, but depending how I am feeling each day, I may just jog a mile or more!

                            After cooking dinner and doing a couple loads of laundry it was too late to go swimming so I guess Mon was a rest day.
